How to install a prefabricated mobile house (1)
1.Preparation Before Installation
Site Assessment
Carefully assess the chosen installation site to ensure that the ground is flat, stable, and possesses adequate bearing capacity. If the ground is uneven, it may require leveling, which can be achieved using materials such as gravel or concrete as a base.
Ensure that the site is properly drained to prevent water accumulation, which can impact the stability and longevity of the mobile home. Additionally, take into account the surrounding environmental factors, such as wind direction and sun exposure, to determine the optimal orientation for the mobile home.
Equipment and Tools Preparation
Prepare the necessary equipment and tools for installation, including cranes, forklifts, wrenches, screwdrivers, levels, and more. Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and capable of meeting the requirements of the installation process.
Please verify that the transport packaging of the mobile home is in good condition. If any damage is found, contact the supplier promptly. Additionally, ensure that the model, specifications, and quantity of the mobile home match the order.
2.Basic Treatment (if necessary)
For certain prefabricated monolithic mobile homes that have high stability requirements, the construction of a foundation may be necessary. Common types of foundations include concrete and brick foundations, among others.
According to the size and design specifications of the prefabricated house, the foundation should be properly laid out and excavated. It is essential to ensure that both the dimensions and depth of the foundation comply with the design standards.
When pouring a concrete foundation or constructing a masonry brick foundation, it is essential to ensure both flatness and verticality. During the foundation construction process, be sure to reserve space for the bolts or connectors that will attach the mobile home.
3.Main Body Installation
Frame Assembly
If the mobile home is constructed with a frame structure, the individual components of the frame should be assembled first. Use bolts or welding to securely connect the frame, ensuring its stability and vertical alignment.
Please verify that the dimensions and diagonal measurement of the frame comply with the design specifications. If any discrepancies are found, make the necessary adjustments promptly.
Wall Panel Installation
Starting at the corner of the mobile home, sequentially install the wall panels. Insert the wall plate into the card slot of the frame, and use the connector to secure the wall plate to the frame.
Please pay attention to the installation sequence and orientation of the wall panels, ensuring that the joints between the panels are tight and seamless. During the installation process, verify the vertical alignment and flatness of the wall panels.
Roof Panel Installation
After the installation of the wall panels is complete, the roof panels can be installed. Position the roof panels on the roof frame and use bolts or rivets to securely fasten them to the frame.
Attention must be given to waterproof treatment during the installation of roof panels to ensure a proper seal. Waterproofing tape or sealant should be utilized to secure the joints of the roof panels.
Door and Window Installation
According to the design specifications, install doors and windows in the designated openings. Secure the door and window frames to the wall panels or structural frames to ensure that the doors and windows are installed securely and operate smoothly.
Check the tightness and waterproofness of doors and windows. If necessary, install sealant strips around them.
