How to install a prefabricated mobile house (2)
4.Interior Decoration and Equipment Installation
Electrical Wiring Installation
According to the requirements for mobile homes, electrical wiring should be installed appropriately. Conduits should be placed within the wall panels or ceilings, and the wires should be threaded through these conduits.
Install electrical equipment, such as sockets, switches, and lamps, to ensure that the electrical wiring connections are correct, safe, and reliable.
Installation of Water Supply and Drainage Pipes
If the mobile home requires water supply and drainage facilities, proceed with the installation of the necessary pipes. Install the water supply and drainage pipes either on the ground or within the walls to connect faucets, toilets, showers, and other fixtures.
Conduct pressure and water tests on the water supply and drainage pipelines to ensure there are no leaks and that drainage flows smoothly.
Interior Decoration
Carry out the interior decoration of the mobile home, including laying flooring, installing ceilings, and painting walls. Based on usage requirements and personal preferences, select appropriate decorative materials and styles.
5.Acceptance and Commissioning
Visual Inspection
Inspect the exterior of the mobile home, paying attention to the uniformity of the wall and roof panel colors and flatness. Additionally, check that the doors and windows are securely installed and that the sealing is effective.
Please verify that the overall dimensions of the mobile home comply with the design specifications and check for any signs of deformation or tilt.
Functional Testing
Test the functionality of the electrical system, water supply, drainage system, ventilation system, and other essential components of the mobile home. Verify that the outlets, switches, and light fixtures are operating correctly, and inspect for any leaks in faucets, toilets, showers, and other plumbing fixtures.
Test the ventilation effectiveness of the mobile home to ensure proper indoor air circulation.
Security Checks
Please verify that the structure of the mobile home is stable and that all connectors are secure. Additionally, ensure that safety features, such as fire prevention and lightning protection systems, are both complete and functioning effectively.
Load tests are conducted on the mobile home to verify that it can withstand the specified design loads.
Acceptance of Delivery
After completing the inspection and testing, and confirming that the mobile home is installed correctly, the acceptance and delivery process will proceed. A final inspection of the mobile home will be conducted with the user to ensure their satisfaction.
